The perfect jacket for sleet, freezing rain, snow, cold wind! Waterproof and windproof Gore-Tex is the best. Runs 1 size bigger than most of my jackets, I have a lot of XL jackets but this L jacket fits me just right. It has just the right amount of insulation, not too heavy and not too light. Everything about this jacket is well made and well designed. Now I'm always warm and dry in all types of wet nasty cold weather! Waterproof and windproof Gore-Tex is the best. This month I will try wearing it skiing in NH and I am confident it will be perfect. Buy it you will not be disappointed.Perfect for a tall man!sweet jacket. quality product. feels warm and sturdy. least expensive gore-tex option around. i am 6 foot, 210 lbs with a 36 waist. i don't exactly have a beer belly but i don't have wash board abs. it's surprisingly tight around the waist. i wouldn't be able to layer on cold days. all other parts of the jacket fit pretty great. returned and an xl is on the way. i'll try'n update when it arrives.Still need to ride in it but GoreTex is pretty reliable stuff, the jacket itself is pretty warm which is what I wanted to reduce layers and allow for less constriction. Comes with a weatherproof phone carrier which is also nice. I am 5'7" and 170 lbs and the small fit pretty loose on me so I would say sizes run a little larger.Awesome coat, Burton makes the best coats in the world. It is extremely warm in the winter and the gortex keeps me nice and dry. The color is the best too.It's okay. This is a long jacket as it should be but it only has one zipper. It should have been two so that you can unzip the bottom for sitting without unzipping the whole jacket. Don't understand what they were thinking. Everything else is good, stitching, overall workmanship, pockets are just fine - no issues but I really wanted that second zipper like so many other quality jackets.Love this jacket. I got it because snowboard jackets are longer in the torso and arms than ski jackets. Am 6'3" and got the medium. Made it so it fits my body and arms but isn't super baggy or bulky. Tons of pockets, ergonomic, clean/simple styling, high quality, and the fabric is super sturdy and seems waterproof.I wear this daily for work. Rain beads off. It feel durable. Really like it.
